LGBTQIA2-S Affirming
We believe that God is our creator and God made all people beautiful. When we say our Church welcomes all people, we really mean all. Our welcome is not to change someone, or fix someone. Our welcome comes out of the same love we find in Christ.

We also confess that the Church has not done enough to extend hospitality, and has a special responsibility as scripture has been misused and manipulated to unfairly condemn GLBTQ+ persons for hundreds of years. We know that we must do more than raise a rainbow banner outside, so we work to make the Church family as welcoming as possible.
We do not see ones identity as part of the LGBTQIA2-S community as a mental health issue.
We DO know that society's judgment and bias can create mental health issues around our identity. We hope you do not allow the judgment of others to speak for God, impact your own self image, or lead you into poor mental health, but if it does, we are here to support you.
